Upgrade - now not working.

I have been using Vista Ultimate (x86) and MCE with 1.2.0.6 and commercial skip worked fine. I decided to upgrade today since a couple of the bug fixes enticed to upgrade. To say the least, 1.2.0.8 is now NOT working. I first installed with show analyzer and uninstalled and installed and uninstalled...
